CekSaldo Privacy Policy

Summary: CekSaldo reads supported electronic-money cards through NFC. Card numbers, balances, and transaction records are processed on your device and are not sent to Hamanto Studio. The app uses Firebase to collect limited analytics, crash, and performance data.

Information processed on your device

CekSaldo reads a supported card's number, balance, and available transaction records over NFC. This information is displayed in the app and is not intentionally stored or transmitted to Hamanto Studio. CekSaldo does not top up cards, make payments, transfer funds, or modify card data.

Analytics and diagnostics

CekSaldo uses Google Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring. These services may collect app interactions, scan outcome and supported card type, device or installation identifiers, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance measurements. CekSaldo does not send card numbers, balances, transaction amounts, transaction history, or NFC response data to Firebase.

This data is used to understand feature reliability, diagnose crashes, and improve performance. Google processes this information as a service provider. See Firebase Privacy and Security and the Google Privacy Policy.

Data sharing and security

Hamanto Studio does not sell personal information or use CekSaldo data for advertising. Analytics and diagnostic data is transferred to Firebase using encrypted connections. It may be disclosed when required by law or to protect users, the public, or our legal rights.

Support and external services

Selecting Report a Bug opens Telegram. Any information you choose to send through Telegram is governed by Telegram's terms and privacy practices. Do not include card numbers, balances, or transaction details in support messages.

Retention and deletion

Card information is not intentionally retained by CekSaldo. Firebase analytics and diagnostic information is retained according to our Firebase configuration and Google's service terms. You may request deletion of data associated with the app by contacting us.

Children

CekSaldo is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Independent application

CekSaldo is independently developed and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any electronic-money card issuer. Information displayed by CekSaldo is read from the card and may differ from issuer records.
